So, had an entertaining session of Zumba at school with my good friend Unni - unfortunately the only thing I had in my computer happened to be a toning session in German! So here we were in my classroom, using paints as weights hahah and trying to understand these blasted German instructions! Surprisingly I felt like some of my long-lost German was coming back to me..language learning and exercise..what an awesome combination! hehehe it actually makes sense because you can see the action they perform as they say the words!
Afterwards I drove to my mother-in-laws place for dinner, which unfortunately was (delicious) and chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce and white rice..I didn't eat much but I could really notice when I ate that little bit of rice how the carbohydrates made my stomach feel.
Since they couldn't do the gastroscopy to find out if I have celiac disease, and apparently blood tests don't always show it - this could be an indicator for me! Apparently you can get money from NAV if you can prove you have it, since eating gluten free is a lot more timeconsuming and expensive! Maybe something to ponder..especially if there are other people out there who suffer from this condition or similar ones.
My worst sin yesterday was 3 strawberries with dark chocolate..fruit and dark chocolate, cannot be too bad right? My sister-in-law made them for dessert and was so proud, plus they were so delicious...feel a little guilty but I think the zumba and all the singing that went on afterwards would have balanced it out?
Besides..the scales have said for the past two days in a row that I'm a kilo lighter than when I started :) a little something right?
woot! That's awesome! :)
