My Fitness Pal

My Fitness Pal is a tool that I've been investigating that is free online software to help count calories and just to be sure of how much you are actually eating! It's interesting because it's told me I need to eat more to meet my weight loss goals otherwise your body ends up in 'starvation mode' and that makes it harder to lose weight.

I can't however, live my life completely free of temptation! Especially, ladies, I'm sure you understand, when PMS rears it's ugly head - Solution: Møkkabonner! A small little reward to get you through the day. Dark chocolate which is good for your heart and in small enough portions that you can go back and have a second one without feeling too guilty! Hurrah for chocolate/coffee tasting beans!

  1. Maybe you can have one treat day per week..Maybe like every saturday night, have whatever you like for dinner (in moderation of course!)
