Week 2
Not as easy as last week, however my weight loss was motivating from last week. I am finding it hard to make meals that are the right size and don't include many of the carbohydrates I am trying to cut out. It is hard to make dishes without bread or pasta, rice, potatoes etc. Also, my mother (at my request - before my diet) sent me a lovely box of Easter eggs, I just want to eat them all!!! I will just have to carefully ration them out :) I hope, but am pessimistic about my weight loss this week. At least I am getting nice compliments about looking skinnier which I think helps :)
